Corrections come first
If a color page has a wrong value, a wrong match or a render that does not look like the paint, say which page and what is wrong. Those messages jump the queue, and the page's updated date moves when the fix ships.
Other things worth writing about
- A color or a brand you want covered.
- A photo that would not upload, or a render that failed.
- A subscription, a charge or a refund, once paid plans exist.
- Deleting your photos and renders, or your account.
- Anything that is broken.
Rights holders
Color names and codes are the manufacturers' trademarks, used only to identify the colors, and TryMyHome is not affiliated with any paint company. If you hold rights in something on this site and believe it is used improperly, write with the page URL and what you hold, and it will be looked at promptly.
What we cannot do
We cannot pick a color for your room, match a paint chip from a photo of it, or tell you what a color will look like in your house better than a physical sample can. The visualizer is the closest thing to that, and a sample is the last step.
